Terms and Conditions Policy
This website is owned and operated by The Waters Bathing Collective, LLC, doing business as Good Hot. These Terms set forth the Terms and Conditions under which you may use our website. This website offers visitors a booking service through which they can pay for a private sauna reservation offered by Good Hot. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
In order to use our website, you must be at least 18+ years of age, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.
The prices we charge for using our services are listed on our website. We reserve the right to change our prices for services displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
Refund Policy
We will issue a full refund up to 48 hours before your reservation time, after which we can offer a 50% refund. If you would like to cancel your reservation, please reply directly to the automated email that you receive after your transaction is processed or email us at hello@good-hot.com. If for some reason we have to cancel (high smoke advisory, severe weather) we will try to contact guests 24 hours in advance of their reservation and issue a full refund.
All other refunds will be issued at the full discretion of Good Hot owners.
Privacy Policy
When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us, including your name and email address. Your personal information will only be used so that we can provide our services and provide our users with ongoing customer assistance.
Our booking service is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email or phone.
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
